JiliKing Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry specific meanings. Understanding these definitions will help you read and apply the rest of this document correctly.

"JiliKing" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us"

Refers to JiliKing and its operating entity, which holds a valid PAGCOR license and operates the website at jiliking.best and any associated mobile applications.

"Player" / "you" / "User"

Any individual who has registered a JiliKing account and uses the platform for gaming or betting activities.

"Account"

The registered player profile created when you sign up on JiliKing, including your wallet, transaction history, and bonus records.

"Wallet"

The Philippine Peso balance held within your JiliKing account, funded by deposits and credited with winnings.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit funds credited to your account by JiliKing as part of a promotion. These are subject to wagering requirements and are separate from your real money balance until requirements are met.

"Wagering Requirement"

The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance may be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱20,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

"PAGCOR"

The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory authority that licenses and supervises JiliKing's operations.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain a JiliKing account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming through JiliKing is legally permitted.
• You are not accessing JiliKing from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including PAGCOR's national exclusion registry or any self-exclusion tool activated through JiliKing itself.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

JiliKing reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility at any time. If a player is found to be underage or otherwise ineligible, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits held will be returned through the original payment method only after satisfactory verification of the depositor's identity.

3 Account Registration and Security

When you register on JiliKing, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Using false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. JiliKing recommends the following:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other website or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account when accessing JiliKing from a shared or public device.
• Contact JiliKing support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

JiliKing will not be held liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security practices. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have promptly reported a security incident to JiliKing support.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

JiliKing is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) provisions to verify the identity of all players. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may also be triggered by large deposits, large withdrawal requests, or account activity that requires additional review. You will be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, UMID, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, or voter's ID).
• Proof of your registered mobile number or email address.

5 Deposits

All deposits on JiliKing are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). JiliKing accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (GCash, Maya); ₱200 (bank transfers and cards).
• JiliKing charges zero fees on all deposits. Third-party fees from your bank or e-wallet provider may apply independently.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your JiliKing wallet instantly upon authorisation.
• Bank transfers are credited within 5–30 minutes under normal conditions.
• All funds deposited must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• JiliKing reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for unusually large deposits.

Deposits that are flagged for review by JiliKing's compliance system may be held pending investigation. JiliKing will contact you via your registered contact details if this occurs.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your JiliKing wallet are processed back to your registered Philippine payment method. Withdrawals to unregistered or third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 (GCash, Maya); ₱500 (bank transfers).
• JiliKing charges zero fees on all withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet may charge an incoming transfer fee independently.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 5:00 PM are typically processed same-day; requests after 5:00 PM are processed the next working day.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete on your account.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until their applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• JiliKing reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed standard limits.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

JiliKing offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published for each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players on self-exclusion or with restricted accounts are not eligible for bonuses.
• Each bonus has a specified wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual bonus terms.

• The Welcome Bonus and other first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per player.

8 Gameplay Rules

JiliKing operates casino games using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and certified for fairness. All published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and verified.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. JiliKing does not interfere with game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned to your wallet where technically recoverable.
• Jackpot game results are final once confirmed by the game server. Disputes regarding jackpot outcomes will be reviewed against server-side game logs.
• Live casino games are governed by both JiliKing's rules and the rules of the specific live dealer provider. In the event of a conflict, JiliKing's rules take precedence.
• JiliKing reserves the right to void bets and game results where there is evidence of system manipulation, exploitation of software bugs, or collusion.

9 Sports Betting Rules

The JiliKing sportsbook covers pre-game and live in-play betting across 30+ sports. Specific sport-by-sport rules are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all sports betting activity:

• All bets are settled based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, FIFA, IBF). JiliKing may delay settlement while awaiting official confirmation.
• Bets placed on voided events — cancelled matches, walkovers, or incomplete rounds — will have stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to available market conditions at the time of placement. JiliKing reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time based on match conditions or data feed requirements.
• Parlay bets require all individual selections to be settled as winners for the parlay to win. A void selection within a parlay will be removed and the parlay recalculated with the remaining legs.
• Obvious error odds — prices that are clearly and materially incorrect relative to true market odds — may be voided at JiliKing's discretion. Players placing bets on prices they reasonably know to be erroneous will have those bets voided.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply to all sports markets and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Cash Out is available on selected markets. The Cash Out value offered at the time of request is final and binding once accepted by the player.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JiliKing and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Operating more than one JiliKing account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent GCash accounts, or any payment instrument that does not belong to you.
• Attempting to launder money or use JiliKing for any activity connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with JiliKing in a way not available to standard players.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or pricing errors with knowledge that they represent an error rather than a genuine market price.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports results, or JiliKing's systems in any way.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Intellectual Property

All content on JiliKing — including the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, images, written content, and software — is the property of JiliKing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any JiliKing content without prior written authorisation. The JiliKing name and logo may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written consent from JiliKing.

14 Limitation of Liability

JiliKing provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

JiliKing's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the net deposits held in their JiliKing wallet at the time the relevant event or loss occurred. JiliKing is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profits or opportunity costs arising from gaming decisions.

JiliKing is not responsible for losses arising from player error, including accidental bet placement, incorrect stake amounts, or misunderstanding of game rules. It is the player's responsibility to review all bets and game details before confirming any action.

15 Account Termination

JiliKing reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions in any material respect.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, JiliKing reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Funds from verified clean deposits (not associated with bonus abuse or fraudulent activity) will be returned through the original payment method once the investigation is complete.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting JiliKing support. Any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method upon account closure.

16 Changes to These Terms

JiliKing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by PAGCOR or by law.

Your continued use of JiliKing after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using JiliKing and contact support to request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

17 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through JiliKing's internal complaint process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to resolution through PAGCOR's dispute procedures.

PAGCOR serves as the primary regulatory authority with jurisdiction over disputes involving JiliKing's licensed gaming operations. Players who have exhausted JiliKing's internal complaint process may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through its official channels.
